Go to the Contract Details Page and click on the **View Document** and then click on the **Comment** 💬 icon on the top right. 2. In the right panel, click on **+ Add Comment**. 3. There are two types of comments. a. **Internal Comment:** For the internal users and collaborators. All internal comments are deleted before the document is sent to the counterparty for signing. b. **External Comment:** For external stakeholders and counterparties. 4. You can also tag an individual in a comment, by mentioning their email address. For example `@person@email.com`. 5. Click on the **Comment** button. > **Info — Note** > > The individual mentioned in the comment will receive an email notification. Comments added to a contract will be visible to all collaborators. The person who added the comment can Resolve, Edit, and Delete it.
