This is useful when the document title needs to be corrected, standardised, or updated to reflect changes made during negotiation, without affecting the contract content or its execution status. 1. On the **Contracts** page, click on the document you want to rename. 2. Click the **Edit** ✏️ icon alongside the document name. 3. The document name becomes editable. Update the name as required. 4. Click **Save**. The document will be updated with the new name across the platform. The contract status and all existing data — collaborators, comments, versions, and signatures — remain unchanged. > **Info — Note** > > Renaming a document is available at every stage of the contract lifecycle, including the Executed stage.
