This feature is available to every user who has access to the deal collaboration product. The AI Review system utilises a customisable Rule Set—a collection of pre-configured smart rules or guidelines—to ensure your contracts align with organisational standards. - **File Format:** The review functionality is currently open to .docx files only. - **Negotiation Stage:** The review can be run at all document negotiation stages but is only available before the contract reaches the final PDF state. ## Run AI Review Follow these steps to run an AI Review on a document: 1. While the document is in a negotiation stage, click **Open Document** to load the document in **OnlyOffice**. 2. On the document toolbar, click **AI Review**. A right-hand panel will open, displaying the review interface. 3. In the right-hand panel, select the Rule Set you wish to use for the review. > **Info** > > To learn how to define and manage rules, see [Rule Set Management](https://knowledge.leegality.com/deal-collaboration/Settings/rules-set). 4. Click **Run**. The system will thoroughly process the document against the selected rules. ### Re-running the Review You can run the AI Review as many times as needed to ensure confidence in the results. > **Warning — Note on Re-running** > > To see a change in the results, you must click **Re-run** after you have: > - Changed the content within the document. > - Modified the content of the selected Rule Set (e.g., if you closed the AI Review panel, navigated to the settings page, and edited a rule). After the review is complete, the right-hand panel displays a detailed answer for each rule within the chosen Rule Set. ## Detailed Review Results The AI Review results are categorised into three statuses: | Status | Description | Review Display | Possible User Action | |--------|-------------|----------------|---------------------| | **Met** | Required values or clauses fully meet the rule's expectations. | Displays the rule and reason for compliance. No clause suggestions are provided. | No changes needed. The condition is satisfied. | | **Not Met** | Required values or clauses are found but do not meet the rule's expectations. | Shows clauses that need review along with suggested additions. | Add the suggested clause or edit the document to meet the rule's requirements. | | **Not Found** | Required values or clauses are not found in the document. | Indicates missing details and provides suggested additions. | Add the suggested clause or manually edit the document to include the required information. | To view a detailed analysis of a specific rule, click the right arrow (→) alongside that rule in the results panel. The detailed review section provides critical information for remediation: - **Rule:** The specific guideline being checked. - **Rule Description:** A detailed explanation of the rule's purpose. - **Suggested Clause:** The original clause recommended by the user. - **Reason:** A clear explanation of why the rule was Met, Not Met, or Not Found. For issues, the reason includes a direct reference (e.g., text snippet) to the relevant section. - **Clause Suggestions:** For rules with **Not Met** or **Not Found** status, the Clause Suggestions section displays two components: 1. **Original Clause:** Shows what is currently mentioned in the document with respect to the rule. Click **Find** to locate the clause inside the document. 2. **Suggested Addition:** Provides a recommended alternative or addition to address the issue. After making changes and reviewing the document, click **Save** to save your work and return to the Document Details page. ## Bulk AI Review Bulk AI Review allows you to run AI Review on multiple executed contracts simultaneously.
