This is useful if the document was signed physically or using a platform other than Leegality. ## Prerequisites * The document Status must be Ready for Signing. * You must be a collaborator in the deal with one of the following roles: Initiator, Business Negotiator, or Legal Negotiator. ## Steps to upload a signed document 1. In the contract, click on the three dots (**…**). 2. Select the **Upload Signed Document** option. 3. Upload a signed PDF document. (**Note:** Maximum upload size is 20 MB.) Once the document is uploaded, the status will change to Executed. > **Info — Note** > > This action cannot be undone. You can click on the **View Document** button to see the uploaded PDF document. The activity log will be updated. You can see; * The user who uploaded the signed document. * The date and time when the document was uploaded. The document status will change to Executed. All collaborators will receive a notification informing them that the document status has changed to Executed.
