With **Custom Sender Email**, you can replace this with a branded address — either a custom prefix on the Leegality domain or your own domain entirely — so your organisation appears as the sender. The display name shown in recipients' inboxes is your **brand name**. > **Info — Available on request** > > Custom Sender Email is configured by Leegality support. See [How to enable](#how-to-enable) below. ## Types of Custom Sender Email #### Custom prefix on @leegality.com Replace the default `noreply` prefix with one of your own while keeping the Leegality domain. For example, **`noreply@leegality.com`** can be changed to **`xyzcompany@leegality.com`**. Any prefix can be used. #### Your own domain Send emails from your own domain instead of **`@leegality.com`**. This allows organisations to maintain trust by sending emails from their verified email domains. For example, **`loans@xyzbank.com`**. This option requires some DNS configuration on your end. ## How to enable Email [support@leegality.com](mailto:support@leegality.com) with the following details: - Email address to be configured, for example **`loans@xyzbank.com`** - Org ID where the domain should be configured - Environment (Production and/or UAT) ## See also - [Custom Subdomain](https://knowledge.leegality.com/document-execution/customisation/custom-subdomain) - [Branding](https://knowledge.leegality.com/document-execution/settings/Department/branding)
