In Leegality, you can use DSC Token to sign multiple documents in bulk. ## Use DSC Token in Sending Journey 1. Hover over the **Signature Type** dropdown. 2. Enable **DSC**. 3. In the right panel, toggle on **Verify details with Certificate Details** (Optional). Fields to enable are; * Verify Name * Smart Name Verification * PIN Code * State Toggle on the adjacent switch to Enable any of the fields listed above. > **Info — NOTE** > > Enabling a variable automatically makes the verification mandatory for that field. 4. Click **Save**. > **Info — INFO** > > **Smart Name Verification Threshold**: The Smart Name Verification Threshold must be configured on your account prior to enabling **Smart Name Verification** in the sending journey. This threshold is configured in the main Settings page, under **Department** > **eSignature**. The process of enabling the DSC token eSign type for an invitee remains the same for both the **New Document Journey** and **Workflow**. ## Signing Journey ### Prerequisites 1. Download and install the Leegality DSC Utility on your computer. **Download link:** https://gitlab.leegality.com/leegality-public/dsc-utility/raw/master/leegality-dsc-client-setup.exe?inline=false This is also available for download in the signing journey. 2. Anyone of the following ports should be available for use by Leegality's DSC utility: 8009, 9800, 2048, 3900. 3. Java run-time environment (JRE) 1.7 or above to be installed on the local machine. Recommended: JRE 1.8 4. The token driver should be installed and running as administrator You can download the same from here - https://app1.leegality.com/resources 5. Leegality's DSC Utility will support signing from the following Tokens, irrespective of the Certifying Authority (Indian or Foreign) has issued the same: Epass2003, Safenet, Aladdin, Watchdata, Trustkey, Mtoken, Moser Baer > **Info — Note** > > DSC Token signing is limited to PC only. ### Sign a single document using DSC 1. After opening the signing link and clicking on **Proceed**, run the Leegality DSC utility. 2. Once the signing page recognizes the utility. 3. Once the signer has successfully input the DSC Token and the requisite utilities and drivers are running, a pop-up appears highlighting the certificates contained in the token. Select the relevant certificate and click **OK**. > **Info — Note** > > If both the signature certificate and encryption certificate appear, choose a signature type certificate. 4. Once the signer selects the certificate, the utility recognizes your DSC certificate details. After successful detection of the certificate, click **Proceed**. 5. Check the consent box and click **Sign Document**. 6. After clicking the sign button, a pop-up asking for the DSC-Token PIN appears. Enter the token PIN and click **Login**. 7. Upon correct input of the PIN/Password, the document will be signed. ### Bulk Sign using DSC Token Within the Leegality account, you can use the DSC Token to bulk sign the multiple documents (up to 500) in one go. 1. Go to the **Documents** section using the top bar. 2. Select **Received** from the left panel. 3. Click **Activate Bulk Sign** button. 4. Select **DSC Token** as the bulk signing option. 5. All the documents available to sign with DSC Token will appear in the list. 6. Use the checkbox to select documents that you want to sign. 7. Click on the **Sign** button. > **Info — note** > > Leegality DSC Token must be installed and DSC Token must be properly connected to the computer. 8. Check the consent box. 9. Click on the **Sign** button. 10. Choose the certificate for signing the document and click **Select**. 11. Verify the signature details and click **Sign**. 12. Enter the **User PIN** of the DSC Token and click **Login**. If the entered User PIN is correct, the signing process will begin immediately. Based on the total number of documents the process may take up to few seconds.
