It prioritizes speed and simplicity, ideal for situations where additional security features are not required. ## Setting up Quick Sign in Leegality To Set up Quick Sign for your account: 1. Click on the **Settings ⚙️** icon in the top right corner. 2. From the left panel, go to **Settings > eSignature & Seal.** 3. In the Quick Sign section, click on the **Setup**. A side menu will appear on your screen with three options: - **Draw:** Draw your signature on the screen. - **Choose a pre-built virtual sign:** Select a pre-built signature from the available options. - **Upload a photo of your signature:** Upload an image of your hand-drawn signature. (Supported image formats are .jpeg, .jpg, and .png) 4. Select your preferred option and click **Save**. ## Sending Journey 1. On the invite page 2. Hover over Signature type dropdown 3. Enable **Quick Sign** 4. Click **Save**. Open the invite received by email/SMS/whatsapp. Click on ‘Sign’ 2. View the document. Click on ‘Proceed’ to sign the document. 3. Select the type of signature and then click on ‘Proceed’ 4. Provide consent and click on ‘Sign Document’ and the document will be signed > **Info — Note** > > In the signing journey, the audit trail shows the name of the signer. It does not consist of the email or phone number of the signer.
