This is an electronic authentication mechanism powered by a ‘One Time Password’ verification of the Email or Phone Number. This is a reflection of the user’s consent and intention to approve the contents of an electronic document. This approval appears on the document by way of a user-generated virtual sign or by the user choosing a template mark, along with the Leegality generated time-stamp. Choose these for your agreements with Merchants, Employees, Users and Business Partners. The virtual sign saved while setting up the virtual sign will automatically show up as a pre-filled sign in the draw box when a Leegality user is signing the document. ## Setting up Virtual Sign in Leegality By setting up a Virtual Signature in your account, you can also use for automated signing of documents.
