If the link is unavailable, contact [support@leegality.com](mailto:support@leegality.com) with the locked email, user name, and organisation name. | | **Email/phone number not registered with Leegality** | The email or phone number entered is not associated with any Leegality account. | On entering the OTP sent to the given email/phone number, the user is redirected to the sign-up page to create a new Leegality account. | | **Login OTP not received** (no error shown; OTP simply does not arrive) | Email landed in spam, address is on Leegality's suppression list (from a prior bounce or spam report), corporate firewall is blocking Leegality's domain, or OTP was sent to a different email. | Check spam/junk for mails from `noreply@leegality.com`. Resend the OTP and wait up to 2 minutes. Ask IT to whitelist Leegality's sending domain.
