It serves as a central hub where signers can view document information, track signing progress, and manage their signed copy. ### Information and Actions Available on the Public Details Page On this page, you can perform several key actions and view important information related to the document and its signers. * **View and Manage the Document** * See a preview of the signed document. * **Download** **the signed document** to your device. * **Download the Audit Trail** of the completely signed document. * **Save the document** directly to the Leegality account for permanent storage. * **Delete** **the document copy** permanently deletes the signer's copy, and that particular signer will no longer be able to access the Public Details Page link received via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. * **Track Signer Progress** * View a list of all invitees, including their names and contact details. * Check the current signing status of each invitee (e.g., "Signed," "Pending"). * See the exact date and time the invitation was sent and when each person completed their signature. * **Review Document Details** * Find the unique Document ID and the Document Name. * Check the overall status of the document (e.g., "Completed," "Signed"). ### Accessing Public Details Page #### **First 48 Hours** For the first **48 hours** after you complete your signature, the link to the Public Details Page provides open access. This means you can click the link and immediately view the page without needing to log in to a Leegality account. **Important:** **The 48-Hour Window is Invitation-Specific.** The 48-hour open access period begins for each signer *individually* at the moment they apply their signature. It is not based on when the document was first sent or when the first person signed. For example, in a sequential signing process: * **Signer 1** signs on **Monday at 2:00 PM**. Their public link will be open until Wednesday at 2:00 PM. * **Signer 2** signs on **Tuesday at 10:00 AM**. Their public link will be open until Thursday at 10:00 AM. #### **After 48 Hours** Once the 48-hour open access window for your specific invitation has expired, the link automatically becomes a **secure link**. To protect the document's information for the long term, you will be required to authenticate yourself to view the page. When you click the public link received via email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp: 1. You will be directed to a secure login page. 2. The default login option will be **Login with OTP**. 3. You must enter the **email address or phone number** associated with your signing invitation to receive the OTP. 4. Once you successfully log in, you will be redirected to the Public Document Details Page with full access.
