This page covers adding the modal, sending documents, and every action available on a sent document. ## Add the Sender Modal to a record page > **Info — Add Leegality Component** > > Admin need to add the Leegality component is the desired object once. 1. Open a record of the object where you want the Sender Modal, click the **gear icon** (top right), and select **Edit Page**. 2. In the components panel on the left, search for **Leegality** — the Sender Modal component appears labeled **Leegality**. 3. Drag and drop the component into the layout. 4. Click **Save**, then **Activate**, and assign the page as the **Org Default**. 5. Test the setup — open a record and confirm the modal appears as expected. ## Send a document for eSigning 1. Navigate to a record of the object where the Sender Modal is added. 2. Make sure you're [authorized](https://knowledge.leegality.com/document-execution/integrations/salesforce/connect-and-authorize#sender-authorization) — complete the login flow first if not. 3. Click **Trigger New Workflow** and select the workflow you want to send from the list of available workflows. 4. View — or edit, if the admin has [granted edit permission](https://knowledge.leegality.com/document-execution/integrations/salesforce/workflow-management#give-edit-permission-to-the-sender) — the document, template, and PDF details. 5. View or edit the invitee details. 6. Review everything on the preview page. 7. Click **Send Document**. The invitees receive notifications to eSign the document. > **Note** > > Before sending, ensure all necessary fields are filled correctly to avoid errors during the process. After sending, a modal appears with **OK, Got It!** and **View Details**. Click **View Details** to see the Document ID, Document Name, Status, and Activity Date, plus invitee details at the bottom. Close the modal with the ✕ button at the top right. - **Preview** — opens the document for review. Use the **download** icon (top right) to save it, or **✕** to close. - **Details** — opens a modal with the document's full details. - **Complete** — marks the document as completed manually. A copy of the completed document, along with the audit trail, is sent to the signer(s). - **Download Document / Download Audit Trail** — downloads the file to your device. - **Attachments** — opens a modal listing all attachments. Click **Download Link** next to an attachment to download it. ## Latest version in the Files section The latest version of a sent document is available in the **Files** section of the record. As invitees sign, this version is kept up to date. Once all invitees have signed, the fully signed document and its audit trail also appear in the **Files** section. > **Note** > > This applies only when the workflow is configured to upload documents to Files — see [Automatic upload of documents to Files](https://knowledge.leegality.com/document-execution/integrations/salesforce/workflow-management#automatic-upload-of-documents-to-files). ## Work with invitees The **Invitee Details** section of a document offers three actions: - **Details** — opens a pop-up with the invitee's name, email, invitation date, sign date, and signature. - **Resend Notification** — sends the invitee a fresh notification immediately. - **Sign** — redirects you to the signing page. Click **Proceed** and follow the steps to sign the document. ## Next step Admins can track every document in the org from the [All Documents](https://knowledge.leegality.com/document-execution/integrations/salesforce/all-documents) page.
