For a full list of optional and mandatory notification types — including reminder notification frequency — see [Invitee Notifications](https://knowledge.leegality.com/document-execution/leegality-features/invitee-level/notifications). If email notifications are **disabled**, invitees will not receive optional notifications. Some notifications are always sent regardless of this setting. See [Invitee Notifications](https://knowledge.leegality.com/document-execution/leegality-features/invitee-level/notifications) for the complete breakdown. ## Use Email Notifications #### New Document Journey Email notifications are enabled by default but can be disable if not needed. 1. On the **Invitee Card**, click **Invitee Level Options**. 2. Enable or Disable **Send Email Notifications**. 3. Click **Save**. #### Workflow Creation All notifications are disabled by default During workflow creation. 1. On the **Invitee Card**, click **More Options**. 2. Enable **Send Email Notifications**. 3. Click **Save**. The workflow runner cannot disable notifications if enabled by the workflow creator, and vice versa.
