Open the signing link received via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. 2. Review the document and if you do not want to sign the document click **Reject**. 3. Authenticate using the OTP. 4. After entering the OTP, click **Proceed to Rejection**. 5. Provide the reason for rejection and click **Reject Document**. The document is now rejected. > **Info — Note** > > Once the document is rejected by the signer, the signing link would not be accessible and Signer receives an email. > **Info — Note** > > Sender of the document receives the email once the document is rejected by the signer ## Re-Inviting an Invitee Who Rejected to Sign 1. Click **Documents** on the top bar. 2. Go to the **Sent** folder on the left navigation panel. 3. [Find the document](https://knowledge.leegality.com/document-execution/manage-documents/find-documents) containing the invitee who rejected to sign the document. 4. In the **Invitee List**, you can see all active including one who rejected to sign. > The invitee's status will be `Unsigned` and `Rejected`. 5. Click **Re-Invite**, optionally add a message, and confirm to send the invitation. The signer will receive the signing invitation again via email or phone.
