On the **Invitee Card**, click **Invitee Level Options** (labelled **More Options** in a workflow). 2. Enable **Require invitee to upload supporting documents** (labelled **Require Supporting Documents from Invitees** in a workflow). 3. In the **Document to be uploaded** field, specify the name of the document(s) the invitee must upload before signing. 4. Use the **+** icon to add additional document fields or the **🗑** icon to delete them. 5. *(Optional)* Enable **Allow viewing uploaded Supporting Documents of all invitees** to make these documents visible to other invitees. 6. Click **Save** to confirm the configuration. **Note:** Within a reusable workflow, the workflow runner cannot disable this if enabled by the creator, and vice versa. #### V4 Workflow 1. On the **Invite** stage, select the invitee card. 2. In the right panel, open the **Settings** tab and go to **Manage Invitee Interactions**. 3. Enable **Add Supporting Documents** and specify the additional documents the invitee must upload while signing. **Note:** Within a reusable workflow, whether the workflow runner can modify this setting depends on the [field properties](https://knowledge.leegality.com/document-execution/workflows/v4/setup-configuration/field-properties) set by the workflow creator. > **Info — Note** > > Sender can ask for upto 50 supporting documents from the invitee. ## Signing Journey #### V3 Workflow 1. After reviewing the document, click the **Proceed** button. 2. The list of required supporting document(s) will be displayed. 3. Click on the document name to upload the corresponding file. 4. Once the upload is complete, click **Proceed** to continue the signing journey. - **Allowed file types:** `.png`,`.pdf`,`.jpg`,`.jpeg` - **Maximum file size:** 2 MB > **Info — Note** > > The invitee cannot Proceed until all required supporting documents are uploaded. #### V4 Workflow 1. After reviewing the document, click the **Proceed** button. 2. Sign in using the OTP triggered to your email/SMS. 3. Click on the document name to upload the corresponding file. 4. Once the upload is complete, click **Proceed** to continue the signing journey. - **Allowed file types:** `.png`,`.pdf` - **Maximum file size:** 2 MB > **Info — Note** > > The invitee cannot Proceed until all required supporting documents are uploaded. ## Access Supporting Document #### For Sender The sender can access the supporting documents that the invitee uploads from the document details page. 1. In the document section, go to the **Sent** or **Completed** section. 2. Click on the document name to open the **Detail View**. 3. Click on the **Three Dots (⋮)** and select the **Supporting Documents** option. 4. A dialog box will appear, displaying the uploaded supporting documents for each invitee. 5. Click on a document to view or download it. #### V4 Workflow The sender can access the supporting documents that the invitee uploads from the document details page. 1. In the document section, go to the **Sent** or **Completed** section. 2. Click on the document name to open the **Detail View**. 3. Click on the **paperclip icon (📎)** on an invitee to open the supporting documents for that particular invitee. 4. A box appears, displaying the uploaded supporting documents for the invitee. #### For Invitee In the signing journey, invitees can access the uploaded supporting documents by following these steps: 1. Click the **Invitees** icon in the top-left corner. 2. A dialog box will open, showing the invitee(s) and their associated supporting documents. 3. Expand the **View Supporting Docs** dropdown to see the list of uploaded documents. #### V4 Workflow In the signing journey, invitees can access the uploaded supporting documents by following these steps: 1. Click the **Invitees** icon in the top-left corner. 2. A dialog box will open, showing the invitee(s) and their associated supporting documents. 3. Expand the **View Supporting Docs** dropdown to see the list of uploaded documents.
