It matches the signer's face image, captured during the signing journey, with a reference image—such as an uploaded identity document or face verification photo—provided by the sender when sending the document. This ensures that only the intended recipient is authorized to sign, offering an additional layer of identity verification. ## Activate Face Match ## Signing Journey 1. During the signing journey, the signer is presented with a set of on-screen instructions to follow. 2. After ensuring the prerequisites mentioned on the instruction page are met, click **Proceed**. The signer must grant camera access for photo capture. 3. Click **Capture** to take the photo. 4. Next, - **Successful Face Match:** The invitee will see a success message and can proceed to sign or review the document. - **Failed Face Match:** If the captured face does not match or no face is detected, the invitee will be prompted to retry.
