# Signature Certificate Details

The **Document Details** page provides a comprehensive overview of the document's verification, signature certificate data, and invitee information.

You can access **Invitee Details** at any stage of the document execution process. However, the **Certificate Details** and **Verification Results** are available only after the document has been fully signed and executed.

## Certificate Details

Access the Certificate Details tab to view information extracted from the digital signature certificate. This information is only available after the document has been fully signed.

The certificate details include the following fields:

- Name
- Gender
- Year of Birth
- PIN Code
- State
- Last 4 digits of Aadhaar

## eSign Verification Details

The Signature Verification Status can be accessed in two ways: from the document owner's perspective in the Document Details page, or directly by signers after completing the signing process. The verification process ensures that the identity information provided during signing matches the trusted information stored in the digital certificate.

#### Sender

To review the verification status as a sender, navigate to the Document Details page and click the **Verification Results** tab. This tab is available only after the document has been fully signed and executed.

### Verification Information

The verification status displays the following information:

- **Signature Verification Status:** The right panel displays the overall signature verification status.

- **Detailed analysis of signature verification:** This section outlines the results of the verification process through Aadhaar eSign or DSC token:
  - **Configured details:** The details configured during signature type setup, used as the verification standard.
  - **Input Values:** The values provided by the invitee during the signing process.
  - **Corresponding Certificate Value:** The matching value found in the invitee's digital certificate for comparison.
  - **Result:** The verification outcome (e.g., Match or Mismatch) indicating if the input value aligns with the certificate value.

#### Signer

After successfully signing a document, signers receive a confirmation email with a **View Document** link. To access the verification status:

1. Click the **View Document** link in the email.
2. Complete the OTP verification process.
3. You will be redirected to a page displaying the signed document.
4. Click the **Signature Verification Details** button to view the verification status.

### Verification Information

The verification status page displays the same comprehensive information available to document owners:
