The List view contains the following details. - **Document Name:** Name of the document. - **All Invitees:** List of all invitees in a document. - **Created On:** The date on which the document was created. - **Document ID:** The unique ID of the document. - **Status:** Specifies the status of the document, such as Pending Signature, Under Progress, Failed, Rejected, Completed, and Expired. Click **⦀** icon on the right to see more information, including: - **Expires In:** The number of days or months until the document expires. - **Last Updated:** The date on which the document was last updated. - **IRN:** Internal Reference Number assigned to the document by the sender during the sending journey. - **Folder:** The folder in which the document is saved. ## Detailed View for Specific Document You can access the detailed view by clicking on the document name. This view provides specific information such as: - **Invitee List:** See all invitees for the document. - **Signing Status:** Track the signing progress of each invitee. - **Document:** View the document in its current state. - **Activity Logs:** Track key events in the order they happened, including when the sender sent the invitation, when the invitee opened it, OTP generation and verification, and the document signing time. It also includes the sender's and recipient's contact details. ### Actions You Can Perform: - **[Edit invitation](https://knowledge.leegality.com/document-execution/manage-documents/how-to-edit-a-document):** Modify the details of the invite or resend it. - **Mark as complete:** Finalise the document’s signing process. - **[Delete document](https://knowledge.leegality.com/document-execution/manage-documents/delete-a-document):** Deleting a document revokes all outstanding signing and reviewer invitations. - **Upload reference attachment:** Add additional documents as references. - **Re-activate invitation:** Resend the invitation if expired. - **Check notification logs:** Check detailed record of all notifications sent to invitees. - **Resend notification to specific invitee:** Resend the invitation to sign or review. - **Verification Result:** Check the signature certificate verification results. - **Share completed document and audit trail:** Send the completely signed document and audit trail via email. ### Invitee Status The status of each invitee reflects their actions and pending tasks, with some statuses being role-specific: - **Signed:** The invitee has signed the document. Click *Details* to see the signing date and eSign type used for signing. - **Payment:** The invitee has made the payment. Click *Details* to see the payment status, date, amount, and ID. - **Rejected:** Reviewer/Signer has rejected the document. Click *Message* to see the reason for rejection (if provided). - **Approved:** The Reviewer has approved the document. - **Active:** The document is ready to be signed by the invitee but has not been signed yet. - **Unsigned:** The invitee needs to sign the document. - **Inactive:** The document is inactive for the invitee and cannot be signed by them. The sender cannot manually make an invitation inactive. To remove an invitee, the sender can [delete their invitation](https://knowledge.leegality.com/manage-documents/delete-an-invitation) instead. ### Invitee Details This tab is visible at any stage of document execution. Click the **Details** tab under the document to view the following: - **Name:** The invitee's name. - **Email:** The invitee's email address. - **Invitation Date:** The date and time the invitation was sent. - **Status:** Current state of the document (e.g., Active, Expired). If the document is not yet signed, the document's **Expiry Date** is visible. If the document is already signed, two additional details are displayed: - **Type of eSign:** The specific signing method used by the invitee. - **Sign Date:** The date and time the document was signed.
