Leegality dashboard has some pre-built sections including Sent, Received, Draft, Completed, and Expired. However, folders give you flexibility if you want to categorise your documents any other way. > **Info — note** > > The order of folders is determined by creation time, with the earliest created folders appearing at the top of the list and newly created folders at the bottom. ## Create, Edit, Delete, and Move Folders 1. Go to the Documents section. - To **Create a Folder**: 1. In the **Folders** pane of the left, click the **+** icon. 2. In the Create Folder dialog, enter the desired **folder name**. 3. Click **Confirm** to create a folder. The new folder will appear in the list. - To **Create a subfolder**: 1. In the list of folders, find the parent folder in which you want to create a sub-folder. 2. Click the **Three dots (…)** and select **Create subfolder**. 3. In the Create folder dialog, enter the name and click **Confirm**. You can create multiple levels of sub-folders like this. - To **Edit or Delete a folder or subfolder**, click on the **three dots (…)** next to the folder. 1. To edit the folder name, select **Rename**. 2. To delete the folder, select **Delete**. **Note:** Deleting a folder will not delete the documents within it. - To **move a folder**: 1. Find the folder you want to move. 2. Click on the icon next to the folder and select **Move to folder**. 3. In the Move to folder dialog box, choose where you want to move the folder. You can move the folder into the existing folder or create a new parent folder. ## Move Documents to a Folder 1. In the Documents section, select the document you want to move. 2. Click on **Three dots (⋮)** and select **Move to folder**. 3. In the Move to folder dialog box, select the folder in which you want the document(s). Click **Move here**. > **Info — Note** > > Moving a document to a folder does not remove it from its original location. > > **For example**, if you move a document from the Completed section to a subfolder, it will appear in both places.
