# How to Edit an Invitation

You can edit the details of invitations you have sent but have not completed yet. You can modify the invitee's name, eSign type, invitee level and signing journey options.

> You can only edit details of invitees who haven't signed or reviewed.

## To Edit an Invitation

In the Documents section, find the document you want to edit.

1. Click the **Three Dots (⋮)** and select **Edit**.
2. You have options to edit the name, eSign type, invitee role, and change invitee-level options.
3. After completing your edits, click **Next**.
4. Finalise the signing coordinate position.
5. Once finished, click **Send**.

## Details you can Edit in an Invitation

### Invitees Level Options

For invitees who haven't signed yet, you can enable/disable and edit:

#### Invitee Information

- Invitee Name
- Invitee Role
- eSign Type

#### Aadhaar Preferences

- Prioritize Aadhaar for Invitee
- Define maximum Aadhaar signing attempts

#### Signature Appearance

- Prevent invitee from editing name in signing journey
- Hide invitee's name in signature appearance

#### Document Requirements

- Require company seal from invitee
- Require invitee to upload supporting documents
- Allow viewing of all invitees' supporting documents

#### Security and Permissions

- Enable security features
- Allow the signer to reject the document

#### Notifications and Communication

- Send Email Notifications
- Send SMS Notifications
- Add custom URLs and webhooks

#### Consent and Payment

- Set additional consent terms
- Collect Payment

### Signing Journey Options

You can edit any of the signing journey options.

- Set new expiry of signing link
- Add a custom message for remaining the invitees
- Upload reference attachment for the remaining invitees
- Auto delete document after completion

### Documents

You can only change the singing coordinates in the document.
