When a document includes **NeSL invitees**, certain details and actions behave differently to comply with NeSL's strict signing flow. This guide covers the **information displayed** on the Details Page for NeSL documents, followed by the **actions** that are allowed, restricted, or modified. ## Document Overview The top section of the Details Page shows high-level information about the document: * **Document ID:** Unique identifier for the document * **NeSL Transaction ID:** The transaction ID assigned by NeSL * **Status:** Overall document status — e.g., Under Progress, Completed ## Invitee Details Below the document overview, all invitees are listed with individual cards. Each invitee card displays: * **Name** of the invitee * **Contact** — Email and/or phone number * **NeSL Tag** — Indicates that the invitee has a NeSL eSign type Clicking the **Details** button on an invitee card reveals additional information: | Field | Description | | --- | --- | | **Invitation Date** | Date the signing invitation was sent | | **Sign Date** | Date the invitee completed signing | | **Status** | Current status of the invitee's invitation | | **Signed Using** | The eSign method used — e.g., NeSL eSign | | **Sign Subtype** | The authentication subtype — OTP, Biometric, Face, eToken, or Iris | > **Info — Note** > > **Sign Subtype:** NeSL shares this information only for clients explicitly enabled by them — it is not available for all transactions. The subtype will be shown only when available in NeSL's Transaction Data API. ## Invitee-Specific Actions * **Resend Leegality Invitation:** Clicking **Resend Notification** re-sends **only the Leegality invitation** to the invitee. * **View Reference Attachments:** Check any **reference attachments** uploaded by the sender at the time of document setup. * **View Notification Logs:** A detailed record of all notifications sent to invitees. ## Document-Wide Actions * **Copy Document URL:** Copies the document’s URL for easy sharing or quick access. * **Delete Document:** Deleting a document in Leegality **does not cancel** the NeSL signing invitation. However: * If an invitee attempts to sign using the **Leegality link**, they will be **blocked**. * Invitees with an active Leegality invitation will receive a **revocation notification**. * **View NeSL Form:** Use this option to **review the NeSL form details** submitted during document creation. Helpful when validating signer information or troubleshooting errors. ## Retry to Resolve NeSL Errors If the document encounters a NeSL-related error, a **Retry** option will appear. Clicking **Retry** attempts to **resubmit the failed request** to NeSL. #### Supported Error Codes * ER404 * ER403 * ER500 * ER414 * ER502 * ER503 * ER504 * ER500API * ER00P9 * ER00FI ## Blocked Actions for NeSL Documents ### Manual Activation of Invitations You cannot manually activate invitations until all NeSL invitees have signed. This ensures that no other eSigns are completed before NeSL eSigns, which is a strict requirement from NeSL. Once **all NeSL invitees have signed** , you can manually activate **remaining non-NeSL invitations**. ### Marking Document as Complete You **cannot mark a document as complete** while any signing invitation is still pending for a NeSL invitee. ### Editing Certain Fields For documents involving NeSL signers, some fields become non-editable after sending. | Field | Editable | | --------------------------- | -------- | | Name | ✅ Yes | | Notification Settings | ✅ Yes | | Custom Message | ✅ Yes | | Reference Attachment | ✅ Yes | | Email Address and Phone No. | ❌ No | | eSign Type | ❌ No | | NeSL Form Details | ❌ No |
