Once Leegality sets up the profile, clients can enable NeSL eSign and begin using it. ## Step 1: Share NeSL Configuration Details Before enabling NeSL eSign, your organization must share specific credentials and configuration parameters with Leegality. These are required to initiate secure API communication with NeSL on your behalf. > **Tip — Important** > > Details are collected from clients via a **secure email**. Once received, Leegality will configure your **NeSL Profile**. ### NeSL Profile in Leegality The **NeSL Profile** tab displays all configured credentials. These fields are **read-only** and set up by Leegality after receiving the necessary details via a secure channel. To access NeSL Profile: 1. Click on the **Setting ⚙️** icon on the top right corner. 2. Go to **Department > NeSL eSign Config**. Click **Details** next to the relevant profile on the right to view the configured information. | Field | Description | | -------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Service Name** | Specifies the NeSL service type – *Lending*, *Non-Lending*, or *eBG* | | **Path ID (Encryption Key ID)** | Generated by Leegality. Used in `certificate.properties` to enable NeSL signing via the Leegality utility ([link](https://gitlab.leegality.com/leegality-public/docsigner)) | | **NeSL API Key** | API key issued by NeSL | | **Client ID** | NeSL-issued Client ID | | **Username** | NeSL portal username | | **Password** | NeSL portal password | | **NeSL Expiry Timeline** | Default document expiry timeline configured in your NeSL account | | **Additional Encryption Key ID** | Required for sending notification payloads (especially for eBG flows) | > **Info** > > Please inform Leegality of any changes to these credentials in advance to avoid errors or disruptions. ## Step 2: Enable NeSL eSign in Your Account Once your NeSL profile has been successfully configured by Leegality, follow the steps below to enable or disable NeSL eSign in your account. 1. Click the **Settings ⚙️** icon in the top-right corner of the Leegality dashboard. 2. Navigate to **Department > eSignature**. 3. Locate **NeSL eSign** in the list of available eSign types and toggle it ON. Click the adjacent **Gear ⚙️** icon to configure **certificate verification** settings, if required.
