From here, you can identify the type of error and, where applicable, resolve it directly from the dashboard. 1. Click **Documents** on the top bar. 2. Open the **Quick Access** dropdown in the left sidebar. 3. Select **NeSL Errors**. > **Tip — Who sees what** > > - **Senders** see documents sent by them. > - **Admins** see all documents in the account. > **Info** > > NeSL documents with certificate verification failure are not included here. These appear in the **Failed** tab along with other certificate verification failure cases. ## Error categories Errors are grouped into three categories. Each category determines what action (if any) is available. ### Temporary Submission Issue The document was not submitted to NeSL successfully due to an intermittent issue at NeSL's end. **Action:** Retry the NeSL submission. **Example error codes:** ER502, ER500API, ER00P9, ER00FI ### NeSL Update Failed After creation, the latest document status could not be updated due to an intermittent issue at NeSL's end (e.g., a stamping update that did not complete). **Action:** Refresh the document status from NeSL. **Example error codes:** ER00E9, ER00CP, ER00E14 ### Other Errors Any other errors where no retry or refresh action is available. **Examples:** Invalid field-level errors, duplicate transaction errors ## Search and filter - **Search** by NeSL Transaction ID, document name, or document ID. - **Filter** by error category or creation date.
