This integration ensures that banks can process eBG events efficiently without document uploading, even for actions like cancellations. ### Who is a Reviewer? A Reviewer is a designated user responsible for evaluating and making decisions (either accept or reject) on event requests related to Electronic Bank Guarantees (eBGs). These events may include actions such as amendments, invocations, cancellations, or closures. ## How to add an eBG Event Reviewer 1. Click on the **Settings ⚙️** icon in the top right corner. 2. Go to **Department > NeSL eSign Config**. 3. Select the **eBG Event Reviewers** tab. 4. Select the event type from the left. 5. Click on the **+ Add** button. 6. Enter the reviewer’s name and email address. 7. Click on the **✓** icon. ## How to accept or reject eBG event request On the **Dashboard**, click the **eBG notifications** option in the left panel 1. Click on the **Three Dots** and select **Review Request**. 2. Here, you can view: * Request Details * Supporting Document * Participants * eBG Details 3. After reviewing, you can either **Accept** or **Reject** the request.
