# NeSL Invitation Expiry

The expiry duration for NeSL eSign invitations is fixed. By default, this duration is fixed to 240 hours (10 days).

Regardless of any expiry settings configured under the **Signing Journey Options**, NeSL invitations will always adhere to the fixed expiry timeline defined at the NeSL level.

> **Warning — Fixed Expiry Timeline**

> The NeSL eSign invitation will always expire after 10 days (240 hours). If a client needs a different expiry duration for NeSL eSign invitations, they must raise a request directly with NeSL.

For non-NeSL invitees in the document, the expiry duration of the signing link will follow the configuration set under **Signing Journey Options > Expiry of signing link**.
