This is useful for managing documents when users are unavailable. ## Use impersonator mode 1. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner. 2. Select **Switch Account** and choose the user whose account you want to access. You will enter impersonator mode. The header displays the email address of the user whose account you're accessing. To exit impersonator mode, click **Switch back to my account** in the top-right corner. ## Available actions in impersonator mode When in impersonator mode, you can: - View other users' dashboards - Download documents - Access user activity logs - Reactivate expired invitations - Delete invitations - Copy invitation URLs - View document details - View and download attachments - Re-invite rejected invitations - Resend notifications - Mark documents as complete ## Grant impersonator access to users You can grant impersonator mode access to specific users, allowing them to access another user's documents. 1. Click the Settings icon ![Settings Icon](https://knowledge.leegality.com/img/Icon=settings.svg) in the top-right corner. 2. Navigate to **Admin > Users**. 3. Locate the user whose documents you want to share. 4. Click the share icon ![Share user's documents icon](https://knowledge.leegality.com/img/Icon=share-2.svg). 5. In the **Add team members** dropdown, select the users you want to grant access to. 6. Click **Confirm**.
