Click on the **Settings** ⚙️ icon on the top right corner. 2. Go to **Admin > New Users**. 3. Provide the following information. - **Name:** Name of the user. - **Email Address:** This email address will be used as login credentials. - **User Role:** Select the role for the user (Admin, Billing, or User). - **Department:** Choose the department. - **New Document Access:** Whether you want to allow this user to use new document flows. 4. Click **Create**. An email will be sent to the user’s email address to activate their Leegality account. > **Info — Note** > > The number of users allowed per account depends on the subscription plan. ## Edit User and Lock User ### To edit a user’s details. 1. Click on the **Settings** ⚙️ icon on the top right corner. 2. Go to **Admin > Users**. 3. You need to search for the user you want to edit. 4. Hover your mouse over it and click the edit icon **🖉** on the right. 5. In the pop-up box, you can edit Name, Role, and Enable/Disable New Document Access. 6. Click **Save** Changes after making the desired changes. ### To Lock a user 1. Go to **Admin > Users**. 2. You need to search for the user you want to lock. 3. Hover your mouse over it and click the lock icon 🔒 on the right. A locked-out user will see this error message: *"Your account has been locked by your organization. Please contact your administrator."* Follow the same steps to unlock a locked user. ## Ghost User A Ghost User is a deactivated user in an organization who has been removed from active access but is retained in the system. This preserves the integrity and audit trail of those completed documents while ensuring the user can no longer interact with the org. > **Info** > > To convert a user into a Ghost User, reach out to our support team at support@leegality.com.
