You can use branding controls to reinforce your organization's identity and reassure signers that documents sent through Leegality originate from your organization. You can create **multiple branding profiles**, each with its own name, colour, and logo, and set one as the **default**. When sending a document, the sender can choose which branding profile to apply to that document's signing journey. Branding controls the styling of email notifications sent to invitees and the signing view. ## Create a Branding Profile 1. Click on the **Setting** ⚙️ icon on the top right corner. 2. Go to **Department > Branding**. You will see a list of your existing branding profiles. 3. Click **+ Add Profile** and provide the following details: - **Profile Name** *(required)*: A name to identify this profile within your department. This is used only for your reference and is not shown to invitees. - **Brand Name:** Visible as the sender name in all invitee communication. - **Brand Colour:** Adds the selected colour to the email and signing journey. Provide the colour as a hexcode (for example, `#000000`). The colour is applied to the header of email communications, the signing view, and buttons such as Sign and Proceed. - **Brand Logo:** Replaces the Leegality logo in emails and the signing journey. Recommended size: 250×100 px. - **Corner Radius** *(v4 only)*: Defines the corner roundness of elements such as buttons, cards, input fields, checkboxes, and badges. Use `0px` for sharp corners and `16px` for fully rounded corners. The default is `8px`. 4. Preview the mobile and desktop versions with the chosen settings on the right. You can preview both the V3 and V4 signing journeys based on your configuration. 5. Once satisfied, click **Save**. Repeat these steps to create as many branding profiles as you need. ## Set a Default Branding Profile The default profile is applied automatically to a document's signing journey unless the sender selects a different profile while sending. 1. Go to **Department > Branding**. 2. In the list view, hover over the profile you want to set as default. 3. On the right, select **Set as Default**. ## Apply a Branding Profile When Sending When sending a document, the sender can choose which branding profile to apply to that document's signing journey. In the [sending journey](https://knowledge.leegality.com/document-execution/getting-started/sending-journey), go to **Signing Journey Options > Branding Profile** and select a profile from the dropdown. The dropdown lists all branding profiles configured in **Department > Branding**. If the sender does not select a profile, the **default** profile is applied. ## Edit or Delete a Branding Profile To edit a profile, go to **Department > Branding**, open the profile, update its name, colour, or logo, and save your changes. > **Info — Things to keep in mind** > > - **Editing** a profile also updates the branding on invitations that have already been sent using that profile. For example, if you sent a document using Profile 1 and later change Profile 1's brand colour, the signing journey for that already-sent document reflects the new colour in real time. > - **Deleting** a profile that was used for a document already in the signing journey causes that document to fall back to the **default** branding profile.
