# Branding

Branding in Leegality allows you to personalize the eSigning experience for invitees. You can use branding controls to reinforce your organization's identity and reassure signers that documents sent through Leegality originate from your organization.

With branding, you have control over the styling of email notifications sent to invitees and the signing view. The brand settings configured here will be reflected in all eSign invitations sent by users in your department.

## Set your Brand Name, Colour, and Logo

1. Click on the **Setting** ⚙️ icon on the top right corner.
2. Go to **Department > Branding** and provide the following details:
    - **Brand Name:** This name will be used in email and SMS communications sent to invitees.
    - **Brand Colour:** Provide the color using hexcode. The selected colour will be displayed in the Header of email communications and signing view. The same colour will be used for buttons like sign and proceed.
    - **Brand Logo:** Displays your brand logo in the email notifications and signing view when invitees open your documents to view and sign/review.

    You can preview how provided branding information is displayed on the right in real-time.
3. Once satisfied, click **Update**.
