Click on the **Settings** ⚙️ icon on the top right corner. 2. Go to **Department > SFTP**. 3. Click the **Add New SFTP** button. 4. Provide the following information. - **SFTP Profile Name:** This profile name will be visible to the sender during the sending journey. - **Host URL:** This is the host URL of the server where completed documents will be sent. - **Destination:** This is the path of the folder where completed documents will be sent. - **Port:** Port number required to establish the connection. - **Username:** Username that will be used to connect with the server. - **Password:** Password that will be used to connect with the server. 5. Click **Save**. A test file will be sent to the configured SFTP server, if the file is sent successfully only then the SFTP profile will be saved. You can create multiple SFTP profiles and select the one you would like to use during the sending journey. > **Info — Note** > > While Editing, you cannot change the password of the SFTP profile. ## Use SFTP Document Transfer in Sending Journey Toggle ON **Allow SFTP in document sending journey** to get the option to send the completed document on the server via SFTP. A zip file of the completed document and audit trail will be sent to the configured server after all invitees sign the document. The file transfer could take up to 15 minutes. An email/SMS notification will be triggered if the transfer via SFTP fails.
