# Workflow Builder Config

Control which workflow-builder features your workflow creators can use. These settings apply to [v4 workflows](https://knowledge.leegality.com/document-execution/workflows/v4/overview).

### To configure Workflow Builder settings

1. Click on the **Setting ⚙️** icon on the top right corner.
2. Go to **Department > Workflow Builder Config**.
3. Enable or disable the toggles as needed.
    - **Rule Engine** Allow workflow creators to add and execute rules on workflows.
    - **Custom fields** Allow workflow creators to define and use custom fields (`lecf_*`) in workflows.
    - **Custom validations** Allow workflow creators to set UI-driven and regex validations on workflow fields.
    - **Page visibility & field reorder** Allow workflow creators to hide pages in the workflow-runner UI and reorder fields.
    - **Custom page** Allow workflow creators to create custom pages using custom fields.
4. Click **Update**.
