You can configure the user-level and organization-level notifications. You can access the notification configuration. 1. Click on the **Settings** ⚙️ icon on the top-right. 2. Select **Notifications** from the left panel. ## User Level Notifications > **Info — Who receives these notifications** > > The **sender** of a document automatically receives all event notifications below — no opt-in needed. To send these notifications to anyone else (admins, teammates, or any other user), add them as a recipient under [Manage Recipients](#manage-and-configure-recipients-of-notifications). > > **Example:** An admin who wants alerts for *any* document signed in the organisation (not just the ones they sent) must add their email under Manage Recipients for the relevant notification. ### Document These are document event notifications. - **Completion Notifications:** Sent when a document is completed i.e. signed/reviewed by all invitees. - **Signing Updates:** Sent when an invitee signs the document and the reviewer approves or rejects the document. - **Failure Updates:** Sent when a document signing is failed for an invitee. The possible scenarios reasons are; - Invitation expired/timed out. - Invitee rejected signing the document. - Aadhaar eSign retry attempts exhausted. - Mismatched certificate details. - **Self-Sign Notification:** Sent for documents where you’re the sender and invitee. Notifications are received when you sign and approve or reject the document. - **Auto-Deletion Notification:** Sent before a document's scheduled deletion date. ## Organisation Level Notification > **Info — note** > > Only admins can configure Organization-Level notifications. ### eSign Credits Low Balance - **Low Balance Notification:** Sent when eSign credits balance is low. You can set a [low eSign balance threshold for receiving these notification](https://knowledge.leegality.com/document-execution/settings/Wallet/notifications-for-low-balance-of-esign-and-stamp). ### Downtime You will get these notifications from `support@leegality.com` - **NSDL Updates:** Sent when there are updates regarding NSDL. - **Virtual Sign Downtime:** Sent when there are updates regarding Virtual Sign. - **NeSL Updates:** Sent for NeSL updates, including downtime and article code updates. ### SFTP - **SFTP Failure Notifications:** Sent when a completed document transfer fails via SFTP. ### General - **Payment Gateway Notifications:** Sent when the payment gateway account linked to your Leegality account is unlinked. - **eSign Credits and Stamps Expiry Notifications:** Sent when eSign credits and stamps are about to expire. Notifications are sent 30, 15, 3, 2, and 1 day before the expiration date. ### Stamp Procurement Updates - **Order Updates Notification:** Sent at key stages of your stamp paper procurement. - **Order Placed:** When a stamp order is created in Leegality. - **Order Delayed:** When the Leegality stamp team revises the due date for an order. - **Order Completed:** When all stamp papers in the order go live for the customer. - **Courier Updates Notification:** Sent for dispatch and delivery of physical stamp paper shipments, including tracking details. - **Courier Dispatched:** When the Leegality team dispatches the courier to the customer. - **Courier Delivered:** When the courier partner marks the shipment as delivered. ## Manage and Configure Recipients of Notifications 1. Click on the **Manage Recipients (n)** option. 2. Enter the Recipient's **name, email address and/or phone number**. 3. Click on the ✔ icon. Use the same steps to add, remove and edit the recipients of other types of notifications. > **Info — Note** > > - You can add a maximum of **3 recipients** per notification type. > - Recipients can be added using **either an official or a personal email address** — there is no restriction on the email domain.
