Click on the **Settings** ⚙️ icon on the top right. 2. Select **Wallet > Consumption History** History in the left panel. #### eSign and Subscription Consumption History ## eSign and Subscription Consumption History | Transaction Type | Description | | ---- | ---- | | **Credit** | When eSign credits are purchased, they are recorded under "Credit" with the date of the addition. | | **Reserve** | Number of eSign credits are put on hold when an invitation is sent, based on the invitee’s role and eSign type. | | **Debit** | When a document is signed, the reserved eSign credits are debited from the account. | | **Release** | Reserved eSign credits are either debited upon signing or refunded if the invitation expires without a signature. | > **Info — Note** > > Reserved **eSign credits will not be refunded** if certificate verification (Aadhaar eSign, NeSL, DSC) fails due to mismatched details, even if the document remains unsigned. ### Transaction Details * **Transaction type:** Whether the transaction was a credit, debit, release, or reserve. * **Date and Time:** The date and time of the transaction. * **Remark:** A brief summary, including the associated invitation hash. * **Debit or Credit:** Shows whether the transaction resulted in a debit or credit of eSign credits. * **Balance:** The remaining balance after the last transaction. ### Filters You can filter transactions by: * **Date Range:** View transactions within a specified time frame. * **Transaction Type:** Filter by credit, debit, release, or reserve. #### Stamps Consumption History ## Stamps Consumption History You can access the Consumption History by clicking on the **Stamp** tab. This section provides detailed records of stamp usage. Use **Series** dropdown to choose a stamp series and view its consumption history. ### Transaction Type | Transaction Type | Description | | ---------------- | ----------- | | **Credit** | Stamps are added to the series, and the date of addition is recorded. | | **Reserve** | Stamps are deducted from the account, holding them for documents sent for signing. The document ID and reservation date are noted. | | **Debit** | Stamps are deducted from the account after a document is signed, with the document ID and transaction date recorded. | | **Release** | Stamps are refunded back to the account if a document remains unsigned and has expired or been deleted. | ### Stamp Consumption Details The Stamp Consumption History provides the following information: - **Series Number:** Identifies the stamp series for which consumption history is being viewed. - **Transaction:** Details whether the transaction is a credit, debit, reserve, or release. - **Reference ID:** Document IDs associated with stamp usage. (**Note:** Document IDs may repeat if invitations are revoked or expired.) - **Date:** The date of each transaction. - **Remark:** Additional details regarding each transaction. - **Release Date:** Indicates when stamps are released from reserve, whether credited or debited. - **Debit:** The number of stamps deducted from the account for the transaction. - **Credit:** The number of stamps credited to the account through release or purchase. - **Balance:** The remaining number of stamps in the account for the specified series after the last transaction.
