After this period, invitees will no longer be able to access invitation via link to eSign or review the document. However, as the sender, you can reactivate the invitation and set a new expiry date. ## To Set Up Document Expiry on Account Level: 1. Click on the **Setting** ⚙️ icon on the top right corner. 2. From the left panel, go to **Settings > Documents**. 3. Under Enforce Invitation Expiry, you have four options: - **Minimum:** Expires after 45 minutes of sending. - **End of Day Expiry:** Expires at the end of the day the document was sent. - **Custom Range:** Expires after the specified number of days (from 1 to 365 days). - **Disable enforcement of document expiry:** Allows setting the expiry during the sending process; the default is 10 days. 3. Click **Update**. > **Info — Note** > > The expiry period begins at midnight the day after the document is sent. For example, if a document is sent at 4:00 PM on January 1, 2024, with a 2-day expiry, the countdown starts at 12:00 AM on January 2, and the document will expire at 12:00 AM on January 4, 2024. > **Warning — alert** > > The document expiry cannot be changed during the sending process unless you have selected the **Disable enforcement of document expiry** option.
