# Invitee Notifications and Reminders

This setting allows you to control email, SMS, and WhatsApp notifications sent to invitees for all documents from your Leegality account.

## To Enable or Disable Invitation Reminders and Notifications

1. Click on the **Settings** ⚙️ icon on the top right.
2. From the left panel, go to **Settings > Document**.
2. Enable or disable the **Send Invitation Reminders And Notifications** toggle.

- **Enabled:** Both mandatory and optional notifications are sent to invitees.
- **Disabled:** Only mandatory notifications are sent.

- Invitation to eSign/Review, including re-sent invitations 
- Reminder notifications before expiry 
- eSign/Review completion notifications
- Rejection notifications 
- Expiry notifications 
- Re-activation notifications 
- Deletion notifications

> *Document completion notifications* are sent to all invitees as required by ASP regulations. The CCA mandates that Leegality (ASP) send the completed signed document to each signer.
