# Purchase Stamp Papers and eSign Credits

You can purchase stamp papers for multiple stamp series in one transaction and optionally add eSign credits. You can also generate and download a proforma invoice for approvals and accounting.

## How to Purchase Stamp Papers

Follow the steps below to create a purchase:

1. Log in to the **Stamp Procurement Panel** dashboard.
2. Select checkboxes next to the stamp series you want to purchase.
3. Click the **Purchase** button from the top-right corner of the panel. A pop-up appears with your selected stamp series.
4. If there is an existing purchase, you must discard that purchase before creating a new one. Click **Discard and Create New.*
5. Enter the quantity for each stamp series.
6. Remove unwanted items using the *Delete** icon.
7. **Optional: You can also purchase eSign credits along with the stamp purchase.*
   1. Click *+ Add Item** in the eSigns section.
   2. Select eSign type from the dropdown.
   3. Enter the quantity of each eSign type.
   4. Repeat to add multiple eSign types.
8. Select a billing profile for the purchase.

9. Review all items and quantities and click **Generate Proforma Invoice.*
10. The PDF invoice downloads automatically to your device.

The proforma invoice includes Leegality's *virtual bank account number, which you can use to transfer funds directly to Leegality.*

> **Info — NOTE**
>
> There is no limit to the number of stamp series you can purchase in a single transaction. You can select and purchase as many stamp series as needed for your organization.

## Deleting an Existing Purchase

If you have an existing purchase that you want to discard, you can delete it from the header. The existing purchase can be seen in the header. Click *Delete** to discard the purchase.
