Use them to display consistent information like company names, page numbers, or document titles across all pages. ## Work with header Add content that appears at the top of every page: 1. Locate the **Header** toggle button in the top-left corner of the page. 2. Click the toggle to turn it **on**. 3. A separate header section will open. 4. Add your content (text, images, formatting) in the header section. Whatever you write in the header will appear at the top of all pages in the filled document. > **Info** > > The header applies to all pages by default. You can exclude specific pages using the Exclude Header option. ### Exclude header from specific pages Remove the header from certain pages: 1. In the header section, click **Exclude Header** from the toolbar. 2. A popup will open. 3. Enter the page numbers where you want to exclude the header. 4. Separate page numbers with commas (e.g., 1, 3, 5). 5. Click **OK**. The header will not appear on the specified pages. ### Add page numbers to header Display the current page number in the header: 1. In the header section, click **Add Page Number** from the toolbar. The page number will appear in the header. ### Add total pages to header Display the total number of pages in the header: 1. In the header section, click **Add Total Page** from the toolbar. The total page count will appear in the header. > **Tip** > > You can enable both page number and total pages. To separate them (e.g., "Page 1 of 10"), manually type a separator between them like "/" or ":" or "of" because there's no default separator. **Example:** - Type "Page ", click **Add Page Number**, type " of ", click **Add Total Page** - Result: "Page 1 of 10" ## Work with footer Add content that appears at the bottom of every page: 1. Locate the **Footer** toggle button in the bottom-left corner of the page. 2. Click the toggle to turn it **on**. 3. A separate footer section will open. 4. Add your content (text, images, formatting) in the footer section. Whatever you write in the footer will appear at the bottom of all pages in the filled document. > **Info** > > The footer applies to all pages by default.
