In the HTML Template editor, you can configure image dimensions, alignment, file size limits, quality requirements, and make the upload mandatory for signers. ## Create & add an upload image field 1. In the HTML Template editor, place your cursor where you want the upload image field to appear. 2. On the toolbar, click the **Upload Image** button. 3. In the configuration popup, enter your settings in the **Basic** and **More Options** tabs. 4. Click **OK**. ## Upload Image Configuration When you select the Upload Image option, a configuration popup appears with the following sections: ### Basic Settings These are the core settings required to create an upload image field: #### 1. Image Field Name (Required) Enter a unique name for the upload image field (e.g., `profile_photo`). - This serves as an internal identifier for the image field - **Must be unique** across your template - Choose a descriptive name that clearly identifies the field's purpose #### 2. Width (Required) Specify the display width of the uploaded image in pixels (px). - Determines how wide the image will appear in your document - Enter the value in pixels (this is a required field) #### 3. Height (Optional) Specify the display height of the uploaded image in pixels (px). - Determines how tall the image will appear in your document - **Default is auto** - automatically maintains aspect ratio based on the width you specify - If you want automatic height calculation, leave this field empty #### 4. Alignment Choose how the uploaded image should be aligned in the document. - **None (default):** No specific alignment - **Left:** Aligns image to the left - **Right:** Aligns image to the right - **Centre:** Centers the image ### More Options These are optional settings for advanced upload image configuration: #### 1. Maximum Upload File Size (in KB) Set the maximum file size limit for uploaded images in kilobytes. - Controls how large the uploaded file can be - Helps prevent overly large uploads that slow down processing - Enter the value in KB (1 MB = 1024 KB) #### 2. Picture Quality Set quality requirements for uploaded images by specifying width constraints: ##### Minimum Upload File Width (px) Specify the minimum width the uploaded image must have. - Ensures the uploaded image meets a minimum quality standard - Images narrower than this will be rejected ##### Maximum Upload File Width (px) Specify the maximum width the uploaded image can have. - Prevents excessively large or high-resolution uploads - Images wider than this will be rejected > **Info — NOTE** > > These width constraints validate the actual image dimensions, not the display size. The display size is controlled by the Width and Height fields in Basic Settings. #### 3. Mandatory Field Enable this checkbox to make the image upload mandatory. - Users must upload an image before proceeding with document signing - Use this for critical images that cannot be skipped ## Manage & edit upload image fields Once an upload image field is placed, you can move it or update its configuration. ### Change upload image properties 1. **Double-click** or **Right-click** on the upload image field. 2.
