Upload PDF 1. In the **Dashboard**, click on the **Template** on the left. 2. Click **+ Create** in the top right corner. 3. Give a suitable **Template Name**. (**Note:** The Template Name is only visible on the dashboard and is not seen by the signers when using this template.) 4. Select **PDF Editor** as the template type and click **Proceed**. 5. Upload PDF files and click **Proceed**. This will take you to the template engine. > **Info — Note** > > You can upload up to 10 PDF files in one template and the maximum upload size of collective PDF files is 30 MB (15 MB recommended for optimal performance). ## 2. Add Fields to a PDF Template 1. In the **+ Add Fields** section on right, you can see the various types of dynamics fields that you can add. 2. To add a field, click on the type of field you want to add, then click on the document where you want to place the field. There are six types of fields that you can add and configure to the PDF. Let’s have a look at them one by one. - Textbox - Dropdown - Radio Button - Checkbox - Date - Image Attachment ## 3. Preview PDF Template 1. Click **Preview** on the top right. 2. In the middle, you will see the PDF template consisting of all the fields you added. 3. In the fields panel on the right, input the field values and then click **Filled Document Preview** to see a preview of the filled PDF. Once satisfied with the preview and all desired fields are added, click on the **Save and Finish** button on the top right.
