This is useful when you want to reuse an existing template — for example, to move a template from your sandbox environment to production. When a PDF template is downloaded and re-uploaded, all fields and their configurations are preserved. ## Download a PDF Template 1. Open the PDF template from the **Templates** section. 2. Click the **Generate PDF** button on the top bar. The PDF will be downloaded exactly as it appears on the screen, with all fields embedded. ## Reuse the Downloaded PDF To create a new template from the downloaded PDF: 1. Go to **Templates** and click **+ Create**. 2. Enter a **Template Name** and select **PDF Editor**, then click **Proceed**. 3. Upload the downloaded PDF and click **Proceed**. All fields from the original template will be intact and ready to use. > **Tip — Copying a Template from Sandbox to Production** > > Download the template from your sandbox environment using the steps above, then upload it in your production environment to create an identical template — no need to rebuild fields from scratch.
