Save time and streamline your document sending processes by creating reusable templates. Whether you're dealing with contracts, agreements, or any other document that follows a similar format, templates are the perfect solution. Templates are perfect for almost any document sending journey that you do over and over again. You can use templates in new document journeys as well as workflows. To access Template, on the dashboard, click **Templates** on the left. ## Types of Template There are two types of templates: - **PDF Editor:** Start with an existing PDF file and add dynamic fields on top of it. - **Text Editor:** Start with a blank document in Leegality’s HTML-based template engine. ## Use Cases of Template ### PDF Template Use PDF Editor to create standardized documents such as forms and legal agreements. This is especially helpful for businesses that already have pre-designed forms and just need to add fillable fields using the PDF editor. ### Text Editor Use Text Editor Templates when you need flexibility and customisation. This HTML-based editor lets you create documents from scratch and create the structure to fit your specific needs, without being restricted by a predefined layout. > **Tip** > > Contact us at support@leegality.com for template creation, tailored to your needs.
