# Custom Mapping
The custom mapping allows you to map your internal spreadsheet to the fields available in the Leegality-generated spreadsheet, streamlining the process of uploading user-formatted spreadsheets instead of the standard Leegality template.

This mapping process is a one-time setup and only needs to be revisited if there are changes in the template variable fields, prompting updates to the spreadsheet template.

## To do Custom Mapping in workflow:

1. Select **Workflows** from the left panel.
2. Locate the relevant workflow and click on the **Three Dots (⋮)** on the right.
3. Select **Custom Mapping**.
4. Upload your excel file and click **Upload**. (Supported format xls and xlsx.)

    Leegality will extract the column headers from your uploaded spreadsheet and present them in a dropdown menu against each field in the Leegality Excel Column Headers.

5. Each field can be mapped to a corresponding header in your internal spreadsheet.
6. Once all fields are mapped, you can use your internal spreadsheet to send out workflows seamlessly.

By utilizing custom mapping, users can leverage their existing spreadsheet formats within the Leegality platform, enhancing efficiency and user experience.
