Click on **Workflows** in the left panel. 2. Locate the workflow you want to run by searching for the workflow name or ID. 3. Click on the **Upload** button on the right of the workflow. 4. In the pop-up, click on the **Download Excel** button. The downloaded Excel file will serve as a template. The workflow runner needs to fill in the following details: * **Document Details:** Document Name and IRN * **Stamp Details:** Stamp Series to be used and the number of stamp papers to be affixed * **Template Fields:** Fields required in the template * **Sending Journey Details** * **Invitee Details:** Invitee name, email address, and/or phone number > **Info** > > Here, you can learn [**how to fill an Excel template**](https://knowledge.leegality.com/document-execution/workflows/excel-upload/fill-excel-file) 5. After filling in the Excel template, click the **Upload** button. 6. A pop-up will open; upload the Excel file and click the **Upload** button. 7. After uploading, you will be redirected to the **Reports** section to check if the file was successfully uploaded. > **Warning** > > To ensure a successful upload, your Excel file must not contain any formulas. ## Excel Upload via Email You can also run a workflow by emailing the Excel file as an attachment. 1. In the workflows section, find the workflow you want to run. 2. Click on the workflow name to open the detail view. 3. Here, you will see the **Upload Email Address**. You can also run a workflow by emailing the Excel file to this email address. > **Info — Note** > > The sender’s email address needs to be added as an Authorized Email address beforehand. To add an email to the Authorized Email address: 1. Click on the **Three dots (⋮)** on the right and select the **Edit** option. 2. In the pop-up, select the **Invitee Configuration** and click on **Confirm**. 3. In the next screen, click on the **Advanced option** in the bottom left corner. 4. Toggle on the Authorized Emails option and enter the email address(es) in the field, separating multiple addresses with a comma. 5. Click **Save**, then **Save and Exit** to save the workflow configuration. Now, you can send the Excel file as an attachment to the Upload Email address. Ensure the sender’s email is added as the authorized email address.
