# Completion Emails

When a v4 document pack is signed, two different emails mark the progress:

1. **eSign confirmation** — sent to you immediately after you complete your signature.
2. **Completion email** — sent to all invitees once every invitee has signed the pack.

## eSign confirmation (when you sign)

As soon as you complete your signature, you receive a confirmation via email or SMS acknowledging your eSign. The pack is not complete yet — the other invitees' journeys continue until everyone has signed.

## Completion email (when every invitee has signed)

Once all invitees in the signing order have signed, the document pack is **completed**, and all invitees — including reviewers — receive the completion email with:

- **Each completely signed document attached separately**
- **A separate audit trail PDF for each document**
