See [Create a V4 Workflow](https://knowledge.leegality.com/document-execution/workflows/v4/create-a-workflow). - **Rule-based or complex workflows** are built by Leegality's team for higher-plan clients. Contact your Leegality representative with your requirements, sample documents, and use case details, then review and test the workflow once it's ready. ## Step 2: Access and run your workflow Once your workflow is ready: 1. Log in to your Leegality account 2. Navigate to **Workflows** 3. Go to the **V4 Workflows** tab 4. Find your workflow and click **Run** The workflow opens with three configuration steps. ## Step 3: Configure your pack (Create step) In the Create step, you assemble the document pack — add primary documents, upload sub-documents, configure stamping where needed, and set pack-level details such as the pack name, folder, auto-deletion, and SFTP transfer. Click **Proceed** when done. For the detailed how-to, see [Step 1: Prepare Your Document](https://knowledge.leegality.com/document-execution/workflows/v4/run-a-pack#step-1-prepare-your-document). ## Step 4: Configure invitees (Invite step) In the Invite step, you add invitees (signers, reviewers, group invitees, and CC), set their signing order, configure invitee-level settings such as eSign type and security, and assign documents to each invitee. Click **Proceed** when done. For the detailed how-to, see [Step 3: Invite Configuration](https://knowledge.leegality.com/document-execution/workflows/v4/run-a-pack#step-3-invite-configuration). ## Step 5: Set coordinates and send (Finalise step) In the Finalise step, you place signature coordinates for each invitee, optionally copy them across pages, and send the pack. Invitees receive their notifications once processing completes. For the detailed how-to, see [Step 4: Preview and Send documents](https://knowledge.leegality.com/document-execution/workflows/v4/run-a-pack#step-4-preview-and-send-documents). ## Understanding the result ### What you configured You created a pack with: - Multiple primary documents (each with one or more sub-documents) - Selective document assignment per invitee - Configured stamping where needed - Set signature coordinates ### What invitees experience Invitees receive: - One notification for all assigned documents - Single signing link - Unified journey to sign all documents - Clear progress tracking Each invitee sees only the primary documents you assigned to them. ## Example: Home loan processing **Your workflow:** Home Loan v4 ### Step 1: Create Add 2 primary documents: 1. **Loan Agreement** - Upload 2 sub-docs (loan terms + repayment schedule) 2. **Property Documents** - Upload 1 sub-doc (title deed) Configure stamping: - Loan Agreement: Stamp for merged document - Property Documents: No stamps Set pack name: "Home Loan - Rajesh Kumar - Jan 2025" ### Step 2: Invite Add invitees: - **Rajesh Kumar (Borrower)** - Signer - **Priya Kumar (Co-borrower)** - Signer - **Bank Officer** - Reviewer Set signing order: 1. Rajesh Kumar (primary borrower signs first) 2. Priya Kumar (co-borrower signs second) 3. Bank Officer (reviews after both borrowers) Configure settings: - Rajesh: Aadhaar eSign, 2-factor authentication, GPS capture - Priya: Aadhaar eSign, 2-factor authentication - Bank Officer: Quick Sign Assign documents: - Rajesh Kumar: Both primary documents - Priya Kumar: Loan Agreement only - Bank Officer: Both documents ### Step 3: Finalise Place coordinates: - Loan Agreement: Rajesh's signature page 8, Priya's signature page 9, Bank Officer page 10 - Property Documents: Rajesh's signature page 3 Copy coordinates to all pages of each sub-document as needed. Send pack. ### Result - Rajesh receives notification for 2 documents, signs all in one session - Priya receives notification for 1 document (Loan Agreement) - Bank Officer receives notification for 2 documents to review - All signing happens in one coordinated flow ## Troubleshooting first run **Can't find v4 workflow:** - Ensure you're in the **V4 Workflows** tab - Contact support if workflow is missing **Sub-document won't upload:** - Check PDF format and file size - Remove password protection - Verify PDF is not corrupted **Invitee assignment unclear:** - Review the **Assign Documents** button on each invitee card - Verify at least one document is assigned to each invitee - Check privacy requirements are met **Signature coordinates won't place:** - Click the signature button first in Coordinate Placement panel - Ensure document has fully loaded - Try refreshing if coordinates don't stick to cursor **Pack stuck in processing:** - Check **Processing Queue** for status - Large packs take longer to process - Contact support if processing exceeds 10 minutes
