To open it, click the document name in your **Sent documents** list. ## The two tab levels The page has one **Document Pack** tab for the big picture, and one **Primary Document** tab for each document in the pack. Both show the same kinds of information — the difference is scope: | What you see | Document Pack tab | Primary Document tab | |---|---|---| | **Information header** | Pack name, Pack ID, and pack status — **In Progress** (one or more documents not completed) or **Completed** (all documents completed) | Document name, Document ID, and status — **In Progress**, **Completed**, or **Expired** | | **Invitee List** | All invitees across all documents, with **document tags** showing what's assigned to each | Only the invitees assigned to this document | | **Documents** | All primary documents as cards, with name, ID, status, and **Preview Document** | A combined PDF of this document's **sub-documents**, with **Preview** and **Download** | | **Activity Logs** (right side) | Complete timeline of the entire pack | Timeline for this document only | ## Track invitees The Invitee List shows a card per invitee with their name, contact details (email and/or phone), and status — **Invited, Opened, Signed, Approved, Rejected, Expired,** or **Failed**. On the Document Pack tab, each card also carries **document tags**, so you can see at a glance which documents each invitee is assigned — an invitee with multiple documents shows all of them as tags. ## Manage the pack Click the **three dots (⋮)** next to the pack name on the Document Pack tab: - **Complete the pack** — manually completes the entire pack in its current state. All primary documents are marked complete, invitees who signed receive the signed documents and audit trail, and invitees who haven't signed can no longer sign. Use it when remaining invitees are unresponsive or the outstanding signatures are no longer needed — for example, in a pack of three documents where one is still waiting on a signature, completing the pack finalises all three as they stand. - **Delete pack** — permanently deletes the entire pack and all documents within it. Use it when the pack was sent in error or is no longer needed. > **Warning** > > Deleting a pack cannot be undone. All primary documents and pack data are permanently deleted. ## Manage a single document Open the **three dots (⋮)** on a document card (Document Pack tab) or next to the document name (its Primary Document tab): - **Complete** — marks only this primary document as complete; the other documents in the pack are unaffected. - **Delete** — permanently removes this document from the pack. This cannot be undone. - **Reference Attachment** — view and upload reference attachments for the invitees signing this document. You can also **Preview** any document, and **Download** it from its Primary Document tab. ## Download the pack audit trail Once the pack is completed (all documents signed by their assigned signers), open the **Document Pack tab** and click **Download Audit Trail** on the right side. The pack audit trail contains the information of all documents in the pack. ## Public Details Page (for invitees) While the details page above is for the **sender**, every signer gets their own **Public Details Page** — they are redirected to it right after signing, and its link is included in their notifications. It serves as a central hub where signers can view document information, track signing progress, and manage their signed copy. On this page, a signer can: - **View and manage the documents** — preview the signed documents, **download** them and their **audit trails**, **save** them to a Leegality account for permanent storage, or **delete the copy**. Deleting permanently removes that signer's copy, and the Public Details Page link they received via email, SMS, or WhatsApp stops working. - **Track signer progress** — see all invitees with their contact details, each invitee's status (e.g., "Signed," "Pending"), and the exact time the invitation was sent and each signature was completed. - **Review document details** — find the Document ID, Document Name, and the overall status (e.g., "Completed," "Signed"). ### Access rules - **First 48 hours:** after a signer completes their signature, their link provides open access — no Leegality login needed. The window is **invitation-specific**: it starts for each signer individually at the moment they sign, not when the pack was sent or when the first person signed. For example, if Signer 1 signs Monday 2:00 PM, their link is open until Wednesday 2:00 PM; if Signer 2 signs Tuesday 10:00 AM, theirs is open until Thursday 10:00 AM. - **After 48 hours:** the link automatically becomes a **secure link**. Clicking it leads to a login page where the default option is **Login with OTP** — the signer enters the email address or phone number associated with their invitation, receives the OTP, and regains full access after logging in.
