The workflow stages appear as a list: - **Create** - **Invite** - **Template** (appears only if the workflow document has a template file uploaded) - **Finalise** Each stage has two controls: **View / Hide** and **Edit**. ## View / Hide Click **View/Hide** icon to hide a stage when the runner does not need to see it, so they can proceed directly to the next stage. For example, suppose the **Finalise** stage only handles coordinate placement and you have already set that up. You can hide the stage so the runner proceeds without having to go through it. ## Edit Click **Edit** to rename a stage. This customises the workflow so the runner sees only the name you set. 1. Click **Edit** on the stage. 2. Enter the new name in the field. 3. Click **Save**. Once you have customised the stages, click **Save** to apply the changes.
