This guide explains what invitees experience. ## Invitation notification Invitees receive the invitation via **email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp**. ### What the email shows The email notification includes: - **Sender information:** Who (person or entity) sent the document and requested signing - **Expiry details:** Exact date and time when the invitation expires - **Document count:** How many documents need to be signed (one or more) - **Document names:** Names of all documents assigned to this invitee - **Sequence information:** If multiple documents, they're shown in sequential order **Example email:** **View example email** > ### eSign Invitation > > Hi John, > > ABC Company(`test@email.com`) has invited you to eSign document(s). This invitation will expire on Sat Nov 15 23:59:59 IST 2025. > > | S.No. | Document Name | > |-------|---------------| > | 1. | Loan Agreement | > | 2. | Sanction Letter | > > **[Sign Document(s)]** ## Signing journey ### Step 1: Preview first document After clicking the signing link received on email/SMS/WhatsApp, invitees see a preview of the **first document** in the sequence. **What invitees see:** - Full document preview - List of other invitees who will sign this document - Download option (can download document in current state) Click **Proceed** button to continue ### Step 2: Review remaining documents After clicking **Proceed**, invitees see the preview of the **second document** (if any). This process continues until **all assigned documents are reviewed** by the invitee. Click **Proceed** to move to next document ### Invitee actions during preview While previewing documents, invitees may need to complete certain actions. Agree to the default and any additional consent terms 3. Click **Sign Document** On successful signing, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. Once all invitees have signed the document pack, you will receive the fully signed documents and an audit trail via email. You will also be redirected to the **Public Details Page**, where you can monitor the progress and view invitee actions. #### Reviewer After successful authentication: 1. Review the documents 2. Choose to either **Approve** or **Reject** the document pack 3.
