You can review certificate details, update credentials, and manage certificate lifecycle. ## Access and Interface 1. Access the certificate list by selecting **Review Certificate** from the Dashboard. The main view displays a list of certificates, showing the following critical data points: - **ID**: The unique certificate identifier - **Type**: The certificate standard or classification - **Department**: The assigned organizational unit - **Expiry**: Days remaining until the certificate expires - **Status**: Current operational state (e.g., Active, Expired, Disabled) ## Locating Certificates Users can quickly find specific certificates using the search and filtering capabilities: * **Search**: Use the search bar to find certificates based on their **ID**, **Type**, or **Certificate Name**. * **Filters** 1. **Show disabled only**: Toggles the view to display only certificates currently marked as disabled 2. **Expiring soon**: Filters the list to show only certificates nearing their expiration date 3. **Department Filter**: Allows users to narrow the list to certificates associated with a specific configured department ## Management Actions Click the **More Options menu** (⋮) associated with a certificate to access management actions: ### View Certificate Details Selecting **View** opens a window displaying static certificate details: - Certificate ID - Type - Certificate Name - Created At - Valid To (Expiration date) - Department > **Info — NOTE** > > User can assign one certificate to more than one department. ### Edit Certificate Selecting **Edit** allows credential or file updates: - **Certificate ID**: This value is displayed for reference and cannot be modified. - **Password/Passkey**: Enter the new password required for future certificate use. - **Upload New Certificate File (Optional)**: Upload a new PFX file to replace the existing certificate. > **Info — NOTE** > > If a new certificate file is not uploaded, the existing certificate remains active and is updated with the newly provided password. ### Delete Certificate Selecting **Delete** permanently removes the certificate from the system: 1. A confirmation prompt will appear 2. Select **Delete** to confirm the removal 3. Select **Cancel** to abort the operation and retain the certificate > **Warning** > > Deleting a certificate is permanent and cannot be undone. Ensure you no longer need the certificate before proceeding.
