A department must be selected before initiating any new document signing workflow. | | **Settings Icon** (⚙️) | Provides access to global application configuration settings, user preferences, and system management options. | | **Profile/User Icon** | Accesses user account management, including profile details and the application logout function. | ## Navigation Sidebar The sidebar provides immediate access to the primary functional modules of SignStation. | Link | Function | |------|----------| | **Sign New Document** (Button) | Initiates the three-step document signing workflow: Upload → Configure → Sign. | | **Home** | Navigates back to the current Dashboard view. | | **Documents** | Directs the user to the document management module for viewing transaction history and document status. | | **Certificates** | Navigates to the Certificate Manager for reviewing, adding, and modifying digital certificates. | ## Document Signing Statistics This section summarizes the volume of successful document signing activity across defined periods: - **Today**: Displays the total count of documents successfully signed on the current calendar day. - **Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, Last 365 Days**: Show the rolling count of documents successfully signed within these respective historical windows. Each card includes a trend indicator reflecting performance compared to the previous period. The metric is based on final signed documents. ## Certificate Status Overview This area monitors the status and inventory of all digital certificates configured within the system: - **Total Certificates:** Reports the total number of certificates configured. The accompanying text indicates how many of these are currently **Configured** and active. - **Certificates Expiring Within Next 30 Days:** This critical warning indicator shows the count of active certificates scheduled to expire within the next 30 days. - **Review Certificates**: Provides direct navigation to the Certificate Manager for certificate maintenance. ## Recently Signed Documents This section functions as a quick-access activity log, displaying the most recent document signing transactions. Each entry lists the **File Name**, the **Signed By** user (who signed the document), the **Department** context, the **Certificate Name** used, and the **Date** of the successful signing. > **Tip** > > The **Show More** link, located in the top right, directs the user to the full Documents module for a complete transaction history.
