# Managing License Status

The License Management page provides a comprehensive overview of all active and historical licenses applied to your SignStation instance, along with detailed usage statistics. This page helps you track license validity, monitor consumption, and ensure uninterrupted service.

## Accessing License Management

To access the License Management page:

1. Click the **Settings** icon (⚙️) in the application header
2. In the left sidebar, click **License Manager**
3. The License Management page displays all your licenses.

## License Management Table

The main view displays a table listing all licenses with the following information:

| Field | Description |
|-------|-------------|
| **License ID** | The unique identifier for the license file. |
| **Customer ID** | The identifier associated with the purchasing customer or organization. |
| **Expiry Date** | The date the license will cease to be valid. |
| **Status** | The current operational state of the license (e.g., Active, Expired). |
| **License Type** | The specific tier or feature set enabled by the license. |
| **Created At** | The date and time the license was uploaded to the system. |

> Keep track of the **Expiry Date** to ensure you renew your license before it expires, avoiding any service interruption.

#### License Status Types

The **Status** field indicates the following operational states:

|--------|-------------|
| **ACTIVE** | The license is currently valid and fully operational. |
| **SUSPENDED** | The license has been temporarily deactivated, typically due to administrative action. |
| **REVOKED** | The license has been permanently canceled and cannot be used. |
| **EXPIRED** | The license validity period has ended. |

> If your license shows **SUSPENDED**, **REVOKED**, or **EXPIRED**, contact your administrator or vendor immediately to resolve the issue and restore service.

#### License Types

The **License Type** field specifies the granted features:

| **Normal** (Standard License) | The primary license that provides the standard set of features and usage rights. |
| **Topup** (Resource Topup) | Adds extra resources or capacity on top of an existing license. |
| **Validity** (Validity Extension) | Extends the duration or expiration date of the current license. |
| **Trial** (Trial License) | A temporary license for evaluating features before purchase. |
| **Feature** (Feature License) | Unlocks specific add-on features beyond the standard license. |

## Viewing Usage Statistics

To view detailed usage metrics for a specific license:

### Steps to Access Usage Statistics

1. Locate the desired license in the License Management table
2. Click the **three-dot menu** (⋮) associated with that license row
3. Select **View Usage Statistics**

A **License Usage Statistics** pop-up window appears, displaying the current utilization metrics under this license:

|--------|-------------|
| **Number of Users** | Total users utilizing the license. |
| **Number of Departments** | Total departments utilizing the license. |
| **Number of Signatures** | Total signatures consumed under the license. |
| **Number of Certificates** | Total certificates configured under the license. |
