Access this section by selecting **Profile** from the sidebar. Users cannot modify their email address from this interface. ## Personal Info | Field | Description | |-------|-------------| | **Name** | The full name associated with the user account. | | **Username** | The user's email address, which serves as their login identifier. | | **Role** | The system role(s) assigned to the user, defining their permissions. | | **Departments** | A list of all organizational departments to which the user has been assigned access. | > **Info** > > Personal information displayed here is managed by your administrator. Contact your administrator if you need to update your role, or department assignments. #### Profile Restrictions The admin user **cannot** modify their own: - Email address - Username - Department assignment However, the admin user **can**: - Modify their own role assignments - Update other users' profile details (including email, name, roles, and departments) > **Warning — System Protection** > > To ensure continuous system access, at least one admin user must exist at all times. If you attempt to delete or demote the last remaining admin user, the system will prevent the action and display an error message: **"Cannot delete the last admin user"** ## Change Password To update the password for the current user account: 1. Click the **Change Password** button located in the "Personal Info" section. A "Change Password" pop-up window will appear. 2. Enter the following information: - **Current Password**: Enter your existing password in this field - **New Password**: Enter the desired new password. Ensure it meets the system's password policy requirements. - **Confirm New Password**: Re-enter the new password to confirm accuracy 3. Click **Save Changes** to update your password. - Click **Cancel** to dismiss the pop-up without making any changes > **Caution — Password Requirements** > > Your new password must comply with the organization's [password policy](https://knowledge.leegality.com/sign-station/system-settings). This may include minimum length, special characters, numbers, and uppercase letters. If your password doesn't meet these requirements, the system will display an error message. > **Tip — Security Best Practice** > > Change your password regularly and avoid reusing old passwords. Never share your password with others.
